- We work with the best vendors in the industry, we belong to state Self Storage Associations and we continuously invest in our own education and skills to ensure we bring our 'A' game to every investment opportunity.

Dave Roberts

Dave is a seasoned real estate investor with over 20 years of experience. He owns multiple rental properties in Denver and Costa Rica and is building a business to take advantage of the explosive growth in the short term RV rental market. Dave's total real estate transactions exceed $12M.
By day, Dave works with the founders of start-ups and fast-growth companies to help them build scalable and profitable business models. He is a cofounder of Maximum Storage and is responsible for strategy, marketing and operations.
Linda Murray

Linda has been investing in real estate for over 24 years. She has successfully completed multiple transactions and values exceeding $17 million. Her main focus is on commercial properties; including Self Storage facilities, office/retail and apartments. She was involved with building Self Storage facilities from the ground up and also has a knack for finding problem-properties with untapped potential and giving them a new lease on life.
By day, Linda is a full-time real estate investor and she focuses on the numbers. She enjoys digging into the details of the property and figuring out ways to increase the profitability of a project to increase the overall property value. She is a cofounder of Maximum Storage and works with Chris to manage accounting & financing and investor relations.
Bobbi Jones

Bobbi is a full-time real estate investor involved in both residential and commercial properties. With her husband, Christopher Jones, she has sold 53 homes with gross sales of $6.85MM and she owns and oversees rental properties valued at just under $1MM.
As a cofounder of Maximum Storage, Bobbi is involved in the acquisition and development of both existing and new facilities. Her past experience in sales and marketing as an Advertising Manager at Sunset Magazine is of great benefit as she oversees the branding, communications and marketing aspects of the facilities.
Bobbi values continuing her education as a member of numerous real estate investment groups and attending conferences & seminars.
Chris Jones

Chris’ vast experience in the construction industry, followed by his 15 years as owner of Summit Financial Strategies Group, has prepared him well for his life as a real estate investor. With his wife, Bobbi Jones, he has sold 53 homes with gross sales of $6.85MM and he owns and oversees rental properties valued at just under $1MM.
On the commercial side of his portfolio, his focus is the purchase and financial management of storage facilities. Analysis, strategy and improving profitability are key aspects at which he excels.
As a cofounder of Maximum Storage, Chris is a member of Rotary International, real estate investment groups, and educational seminars.
Our Story
Maximum Storage was founded by a group of successful real estate investors to capitalize on the investment opportunities that are being created from the growing demand for Self Storage.
Each of the investors had a track record of success in other real estate asset classes including fix and flips, apartment buildings, land, new developments and rentals before turning to Self Storage investing.
The partners formed Maximum Storage to pool their assets, knowledge and circles of influence to gain greater leverage, reduce risk and pursue a greater volume and value of investment opportunities.
