Our Company
Maximum Storage is a partnership between 4 experienced real estate investors. We bring a wealth of experience in residential and commercial real estate including single-family homes, apartment buildings, office and retail, short-term rentals and self storage. In addition to real estate, we bring a breadth of skills and experience in managing and growing small businesses. Maximum Storage formed in 2016 and since its conception, we have purchased an existing RV and Boat storage facility in Las Vegas and developed a Class A facility in Colorado Springs which offers both enclosed RV storage units and over-sized self storage units. Both facilities are stabilized and profitable, achieving double digit growth year on year.

We invest in facilities that provide outstanding cash on cash returns and strong capital appreciation to meet both short-term and long-term investment priorities.
We utilize both conventional and private financing to purchase properties at below market prices.
We leverage industry best practices and state of the art technology to ensure our facilities operate on a par with the large corporate REITs.
